The 13th Storey is offered as a private, flexible venue for those who want to host in their own way — whether that means bringing in a favorite caterer, styling the space personally, or asking us to curate a fully hosted experience.
The prices below are venue rental rates only. Event services such as food, drinks, staffing and styling are quoted separately in your proposal, which confirms the services, event hours and total price.
All events are booked as structured private-event blocks. Setup and breakdown must occur within the booked access period unless additional time has been arranged.

Monday–Thursday Evening Events
5pm–11pm
Best suited for private dinners, brand events and thoughtfully curated gatherings.
Friday Evening Events
5pm–11pm
Includes setup and breakdown within the event window. Designed for evening celebrations and private gatherings.
Saturday Events
Events exceeding 70 guests require additional building staffing and are subject to a $500 surcharge.
Sunday Events
Events exceeding 70 guests require additional building staffing and are subject to a $500 surcharge.
Additional time may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Your Rental Includes
Exclusive use of the full venue, with the freedom to:
- – Bring your own food and beverages
- – Work with your preferred caterers and vendors
- – Style and decorate the space to suit your vision
- – Full, private use of all facilities including indoor lounge, 1,500 sq ft rooftop terrace, elevators, kitchen and bathrooms
Additional Seating
Tables & Seating Setup
Standard furniture accommodates approximately 40 seated indoors and 30 seated outdoors.
$250 setup fee
If your event requires additional tables or seating beyond the standard layout, these can be arranged for a $250 rental and setup fee, subject to approved capacity limits.
