The 13th Storey is offered as a private, flexible venue for those who want to host in their own way — whether that means bringing in a favorite caterer, styling the space personally, or asking us to curate a fully hosted experience.

You rent the space by the hour. Everything else is optional.

Rates

Venue Rental

Starting at $500 per hour

4-hour minimum for all events

Discounted rates available for full day rentals and 5 hour + events.

Monday–Thursday Evening Events

  • • Hourly bookings starting at $500/hr
  • • 4-hour minimum
  • • Best suited for meetings, workshops, brand dinners, and intimate gatherings.

Friday Evening Event Block

  • • 6-hour minimum
  • • Time must include setup, event, and breakdown
  • • Designed for evening celebrations and private gatherings

Friday evening availability is limited.

Saturday Events

Saturday Evening Event Block (6 hours)

  • • 6-hour total access, including setup and breakdown
  • • Designed for evening celebrations with setup time included

Saturday Extended / Full-Day Event Block (Best Value)

  • • 8-hours of total access
  • • Flexible setup and breakdown
  • • Ideal for weddings and milestone events.

Saturday availability is limited.

Sunday Events

  • • 6-hour total access
  • • More flexible, daytime-friendly pricing

Your Rental Includes

Exclusive use of the full venue, with the freedom to:

  • – Bring your own food and beverages
  • – Work with your preferred caterers and vendors
  • – Style and decorate the space to suit your vision
  • – Full, private use of all facilities including indoor lounge, 1,500 sq ft rooftop terrace, elevators, kitchen and bathrooms

Additional Seating

Tables & Seating Setup

Standard furniture accommodates approximately 40 seated indoors and 30 seated outdoors.

$250 setup fee

If your event requires additional tables or seating beyond the standard layout, these can be arranged for a $250 rental and setup fee, subject to approved capacity limits.
