Bring your team together in a private Midtown loft near Grand Central. Plan an indoor cocktail reception for up to 100 guests, with the terrace available when weather permits. Choose venue-only rental or a reception planned with Curated Events, with food, drinks, staffing and styling tailored to your team. Your proposal confirms the services, event hours and total price.
The terrace has heat lamps and an outdoor fire pit for the colder months, plus a performance stage that is now open for toasts, acoustic sets and entertainment. Our commercial HD projector can display your branded visuals, from company logos to holiday slideshows.

Performance Stage & HD Projector
Our performance stage is open on the rooftop terrace, ready for acoustic sessions, talks, cultural programming, and small-format performances — continuing the tradition of experiences that feel personal, elevated, and artistically driven. Heat lamps and an outdoor fire pit keep the terrace warm and inviting on cooler evenings and through the winter months.
