The 13th Storey is a modern shared office space with everything from a beautiful outdoor space to a Friday happy hour every week. It is design for the modern entrepreneur, equipped with the latest zoom and virtual communications technology.
This Office space boasts of 8 office spaces of various sizes, 2 soundproof phone booths, 1 meeting room for 15 people, a lounge, a kitchen, a indoor dinning area & outdoor dining area on the terrace. Each Office space has its own P.O. Box and access to the printing station and to fresh coffee and wine daily.

Event Space Rental
Open weekdays 5pm-12am and weekends 8am-12am for event bookings. We are not able to accommodate anything outside of these hours, such as parties as this is a business oriented space. Hourly price is $500
The location and design enable a versatility of events that can be hosted here, such as company networking events, happy hours, trainings, promotional events, photo shoots, etc. The terrace may also be booked in conjunction with a meeting room onsite.
Office Space Rental
Office space is composed of 8 offices that are divided into 5 individual offices and 3 offices with capacity for 4 to 6 desks.
This space is completed with a meeting room and 2 phone booths that are fully sound proof.
All these features tie together with a beautiful designed Lounge/Kitchen area that doubles as a co-work space.
Studio Rental
A office space is retrofitted to be a photo studio or video studio. Ideal for photo shoots, Podcasts, YouTube or social media filming.
Fully loaded with microphone, lighting and a malleable design ready to be adapted to all scenarios.
